What is the 3E's Program?×

The 3E’s Project is an intervention strategy designed to provide a foundation for at-risk students to be successful in life. We achieve this goal through a once a week, 10 week program that addresses the 3Es: Education, Employment, and Empowerment. Each week is a combination of speakers, discussions and activities. For an example schedule of what the 10 weeks can look like click here. We also pair participants with Ohio State University student mentors to help reinforce the participants experience.

Who is Eligible to Participate?×

The 3E’s program is designed for male minority at-risk students between the ages of 14 and 17 1/2.
